Strataegos Consulting publishes articles and papers on strategic management with a special focus on strategy execution publications. Here you find articles about strategy development, strategy execution, organizational change, change management and strategic planning and control. Most articles are based on the PhD thesis on strategy execution in an international context by Dr. Arnoud van der Maas. This PhD research was conducted at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University – one of the top 5 business schools in Europe. His research on strategy implementation is still one the most comprehensive studies on this important subject to date.

The aim of our articles is to disseminate best practices and key insights that help executives and managers successfully develop and execute strategy. Survey after survey reveal that strategy execution is one of the most important challenges for executive around the world. Despite its importance to every organization, our knowledge of strategy execution remains limited. The strategic management science and practice has traditionally focussed on strategy development instead of strategy execution where the real challenge lies.
